Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it might take us longer to process your order. Additionally, please keep in mind the transit time of shipping. The delivery time will vary according the location where the merchandise is being sent. USPS Priority usually delivers within 3-5 business days.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS or carrier of choice policies will apply.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Rates

The domestic shipping cost for your order will be calculated automatically according to the size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. 

Most shipments will be done via USPS Priority Mail. Allow 3-5 business days for transit time.

Other carriers might be used.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses when requested.

International Shipping

The calculated rates at checkout are for shipping within the United States territory. However, contact us privately and we will arrange international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in McAllen,TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will contact you to coordinate the best pick-up place. 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 for the cities of McAllen, Mission, Pharr, and Edinburg, Texas. Otherwise, client will have the option to pick up in McAllen, Texas.

Deliveries are made from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Special arrangements can be made by contacting us via email to or to (612) 518-6558. We will also try to contact you via text message to the phone number you provide at checkout.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time for your location, please contact USPS office directly with your name, order number, and tracking number.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way and you are not able to get it resolved with the shipping company directly, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
